Mega Militia: FireFight 2.5D - Terms of Use

1. Acceptance
By installing or playing Mega Militia: FireFight 2.5D ("the Game") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Game.

2. Licence
DONEBRO Media grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for non-commercial entertainment.

3. Fair play & conduct
You agree not to cheat, modify, reverse-engineer or exploit the Game, and not to use nicknames that are offensive, hateful, sexual, impersonating or otherwise inappropriate. Hosts may remove players from their rooms.

4. Fictional content
The Game contains cartoon fantasy violence. All characters, weapons and events are fictional.

5. Intellectual property
The Game, its code, artwork, music and sounds are owned by DONEBRO Media or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6. Multiplayer
Rooms are hosted by players' own devices; the online server only relays game traffic. DONEBRO Media does not monitor sessions and is not responsible for the conduct of other players. Communication is limited to preset quick-chat phrases. We may restrict access to the online service to protect players or the service.

7. Disclaimer
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DONEBRO Media is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Game.

8. Changes & termination
We may update the Game and these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
